USE: Apply the mask to damp skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on the skin for up to 10 minutes. For sensitive skin, up to 5 minutes. Avoid letting the mask dry on the skin! Moisten it occasionally with wet fingers or Bioactive Bog Tonic. Rinse with lukewarm water and finish with cold water. A slight redness due to accelerated microcirculation is normal and disappears quickly.

Use 1-3 times a week. For severe acne, an intensive treatment can be done by using the mask once a day for 7 days.
